Nowadays we do have a very well defined male side to move and manage things in the world around us. We are good in planning, organizing, maintaining, pushing, arguing and so forth. And this is necessary to be successful in what we want to achive, because, the rules in business are still very male oriented. In short, to play the game, we have to use our well developed male shell.
On top of that, we are still very often the main responsible person to reassure, sooth, motivate and care for our families.
Sometimes it’s just to much.
We live in a women’s body. Our feminine side, the steady movement of sensations, emotions, the qualities of our relationships have been trained to not interfere too much with our to-do lists. All these waves have to be kept in a tight box. On top of that, tightening up like this interferes with our natural abilities to open to simple pleasures around us, to replenish through this, to relax and enjoy the sensations in our bodies.
Feminity comes in many flavors but it always requires to be able to flow. To maintain inner balance, health, and happiness, it is important to be able to open, to feel and to express ourselves freely in a safe environment. Here, in a women’s temple, there is space for this.

We practice in the luxury and bright barn of Haus am Schlosspark in Wiesbaden-Biebrich.
Please come in loose clothing or bring something to change. A changing room is available.
We work on wooden floors. Woolen socks are a great idea.
