Psychosomatic sex therapy is a procedure in body psychotherapy that is specifically designed to address the concerns of clients that are situated in the area of sexuality and intimacy. A therapy encompasses the following five phases:




Reconnecting with the entire body and regaining greater sensitivity

Improvement and cultivation of further access to one’s own sexual energy
